About
Xenia is a data and analytics professional with a creative background spanning music, events, visual storytelling and digital projects.
Her professional work is about turning complex information into something clear and thoughtful — from analytics and data visualization to digital projects that teams and organizations use every day.
Outside the corporate world, she has spent years in music and events, working with people on weddings, cultural celebrations, private gatherings and special projects. Along the way came photography, visual content, music curation and production.
She has never quite fit one title. Her work lives somewhere between structure and creativity — technology, people, music and storytelling, all in conversation.
Beyond the work
Xenia is deeply interested in human growth — in understanding what gives life meaning, how people evolve, and how experience shapes the way we see ourselves and one another.
Music has been one of the most important threads in her life. What began almost by accident, through a friend and DJing, eventually became part of a journey that years later brought her from Greece to the United States. It remains one of the ways she understands emotion, energy and human connection.
Movement is a big part of Xenia’s life — from running and cycling to tennis and strength training. For her, staying active is simply another way to keep growing, exploring and challenging herself.
She reads widely, writes often and is drawn to literature, poetry, psychology, philosophy and ideas around personal and spiritual development. Much of her curiosity comes back to the same question: how can we understand life more deeply, grow through it, and become more intentional in the way we live and connect with others?
With a background in Business Administration, Marketing and Analytics, that same curiosity carries into her professional life — looking beyond what something is today and asking what it could become.
